Scania Sweden AB is a company within the Scania Group and a distributor of Scania's products and services in the Swedish market. Scania Sweden is responsible for a wide range of products and services including sales and service through a dealer network with around 90 Scania facilities and 2,000 employees, of which nearly 1,000 people are in the own dealership operations in the metropolitan regions of Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö as well as in Gävleborg, Dalarna, Södermanland, and Västmanland.

Who are you

You have a strong interest in electric vehicles and new technology. It is an advantage if you have a vehicle engineering education or equivalent work experience. Documented education in battery technology and/or electrical training or equivalent work experience is highly valued. We prefer that you have good electrical knowledge and a genuine interest in electric vehicles as the systems in vehicles today are complex.

It is a great plus if you have experience or knowledge in production/assembly and are used to working with standards and instructions as well as LEAN, e.g., in the form of Scania's production system or similar.

As a person, you are service-oriented, organized, self-driven, and perform repairs and tasks methodically and with high quality. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and value collaboration with your colleagues.

Constantly wanting to develop and improve yourself and your work is a given for you.

You are a proficient computer user as the work in many tasks requires system understanding when connecting a computer to the battery packs. Good knowledge of Word and Excel is necessary.

A driving license B is a requirement; if you also have C and D licenses, it is an advantage.

To manage the assignment, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish both orally and in writing.
