About the assignment

We are looking for a technical and detail-oriented person for a consultant assignment as a property technician with our client in Ängelholm. The assignment starts immediately and initially lasts for 3 months. You will work full-time on-site with the client in Ängelholm.

Your tasks

As a Property Technician, your main tasks will include:

• Installing temperature sensors in apartments
• Replacing old aerators with water-saving aerators at tap points
• Completing a checklist for each apartment after the work is done
• Ensuring that all installations comply with regulations and standards
• Performing some troubleshooting and repairs as needed

Your qualifications

• Technical background, for example as a property caretaker, janitor, or repair technician
• Experience with similar tasks, preferably in installation or property maintenance
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own work
