The Culture and Leisure Administration is responsible for the Monastery in Ystad, Ystad Art Museum, Ystad Library, Youth House, Culture School, Marietorp Nature School, Ystad Arena Swimming and Halls, Nybrostrand Beach, and sports facilities, as well as close contact with the associations. About 100 employees work here to create good conditions for a stimulating and active leisure time and a rewarding, enriching cultural life for the residents of Ystad.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We need reinforcement at our beautiful sports facility in Ystad during the spring and summer season. High occupancy of sports activities but other events may also occur.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Maintenance of the sports facility's grass fields, artificial turf field, and athletics track
• Handle and address fault reports quickly and efficiently.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance work.
• Assist during events and matches.
• Manage fault reports and ensure that the sports facility is in good condition.
• Open and close the sports facility according to schedule.
• The work is physically demanding.

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you have experience with similar tasks.

You should be practical and positive about working outdoors. You are independent, responsible, and service-oriented. You also have good teamwork skills and can work both independently and in a team.

A B driver's license is required.
