As a service technician in heavy vehicles, you will work with repairs, assembly, and modifications of trucks and trailers. Qualifications and Personal Attributes

This job is suitable for you if you are a friendly person with an interest in technology, problem-solving, and enjoy assembling and constructing. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty, as it will be hard to avoid in this position.

You should have a B driver's license, have worked as a technician/repairer/assembler before, or have relevant education. Relevant education could be a car mechanic or technician for heavy machinery and vehicles. It is beneficial if you have good electrical knowledge and can troubleshoot simpler electrical systems. Knowledge of hydraulics and welding is also an advantage.
