About the Position The role of the leading service technician involves a varied and responsible position where technical work is combined with leadership. The person in this role will work with troubleshooting, repairs, and service of agricultural and construction machinery, both in the workshop and in the field. In addition to the technical work, the position will include responsibility for leading and distributing work within the workshop and serving as a key person in customer contacts.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical education in vehicle technology or practical experience with heavy vehicles, agricultural machinery, or construction machinery.
• Has knowledge of electrical systems and hydraulics as well as good technical skills.
• Holds a valid driver's license (B) as fieldwork is required.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills.
• Experience from a similar business or a leadership position is an advantage.
