Job Responsibilities

Do you want to combine technical work with leadership? Our client in Billesholm is now looking for a structured and committed electrician who also wants to take responsibility for coordination within their maintenance department. With us, you will be part of a company that is at the forefront of technical development and efficiency through World Class Manufacturing (WCM).

In this role, you will both work practically as an electrician and have a coordinating function for a group of 4–5 electricians.

As an electrician, you will:

• Troubleshoot and maintain our production equipment and machines.
• Participate in improvement work to increase operational reliability and efficiency.
• Work within the framework of the WCM structure with a focus on loss reduction and operator maintenance projects.

As a coordinator, you will:

• Have an overview of ongoing and upcoming tasks.
• Help the team prioritize and plan daily work.
• Be a key person in planning maintenance stops and renovations.
• Coordinate work with subcontractors.
• Lead by example in safety matters and create a positive work environment.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

Education and Experience

• At least a high school education in electrical engineering.
• Several years of experience in similar tasks in an industrial environment.
• Experience leading or coaching other electricians is an advantage.

Personal Qualities

• Structured and solution-oriented.
• A team player with good communication skills.
• Unpretentious and engaged in motivating and developing the team.

Other Requirements and Merits

• Familiar with using a computer as a work tool, e.g., in the Office suite.
• Experience with SAP or improvement work is a plus.
• Driver's license (B) is required.
