We are looking to strengthen our team with skilled project designers at SG Armaturen and are therefore seeking a lighting designer for our office in Landskrona!

Being a lighting designer at SG Armaturen is an exciting and varied role where you have the opportunity to combine your interest in lighting with your technical knowledge to create fantastic solutions.

At SG Armaturen, you get the chance to truly make a difference when it comes to lighting. You will work with the entire process from planning and designing lighting solutions that are economical and ergonomic, to ensuring they fit perfectly into both rooms and needs. You are involved all the way and ensure that our customers receive the best possible solution.

The work is done both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and customers. The position is full-time with a six-month probationary period. The workplace is at the office in Landskrona.

Responsibilities:

• Creatively present the company's technical lighting solutions such as 3D visualization, fixture placement sketches using AutoCAD, and products for wholesalers, installers, consultants, and end customers.
• Meet and achieve requirements set by customers and through various standards aimed at creating good synergy.
• Assist with lighting calculations in DIALux EVO, provide materials for quotes and TCO calculations in lighting projects, both large and small.
• Continuously update projects and assist with updating customer records in the company's CRM system.
• Create long-term collaborations and identify new business opportunities that meet customer needs.
• It is a varied and creative job where you get to use your technical knowledge and interest in lighting to create fantastic solutions.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you have an interest in the industry, a strong understanding of how technical lighting works in reality, and experience reading drawings – regardless of their quality.

We want you to have a background in electrical education and a strong interest in light and a desire to learn more. What you lack in lighting knowledge, we will teach you!

So the requirements are:

• Minimum completed secondary education with an electrical focus or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least five years of practical experience in lighting or electrical engineering.
• Familiarity with DIALux evo and AutoCAD.
