With a rich history, our client has several decades of experience as a supplier of construction and agricultural machinery in Sweden. They provide customers with a comprehensive solution, ranging from new production to used equipment, including service, expertise, and advice.

Currently, there are two needs on the construction side. In this ad, we are looking for someone who enjoys going out to customers and handling the service of construction machinery. You will be responsible for your service vehicle and plan your service and repair rounds yourself.

Your Responsibilities

As a service technician, you will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various equipment and systems. Your technical skills, combined with a strong customer service orientation, ensure that customers receive quick and efficient service when they need it most.

In your vehicle, you will have equipment, tools, and spare parts. Your colleagues are always just a call away, and technical support is available directly in the app.

You enjoy working independently and planning your days!

Your Background/Attributes

We prefer that you have a vehicle technical education focused on heavy vehicles. You have previously worked with the service of construction machinery and can easily solve problems on-site.

In your daily work, you meet our customers, which places a strong focus on customer service and interaction. You enjoy helping them on their job sites and are happy to provide tips and advice regarding the machine and its parts.

Much of our communication is digital. You are accustomed to this and can easily handle it.

Working Hours: Daytime Mon-Fri, with the possibility of overtime and on-call duty on weekends in exceptional cases
