As a property technician at Volito Fastigheter, you will be an important part of our management team and work with a varied portfolio of offices, hotels, and shops in Malmö. You will play a key role in ensuring the daily operation, maintenance, and development of our properties, always focusing on quality, energy efficiency, and tenant satisfaction.

• Operation, supervision, and basic troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, sanitation, electricity, and cooling as well as other property technical systems
• Management and follow-up of fault reports to maintain high standards
• Performing/ordering corrective repairs and maintenance in our buildings and for our tenants
• Monitoring control systems for heating, ventilation, and cooling
• Optimization to achieve better energy efficiency
• Ongoing contact with tenants, contractors, and partners
• Preventive maintenance to create a safe and well-functioning property environment
• Ongoing supervision and maintenance to ensure that it is tidy and clean in and around our properties
• Programming of tags and intercoms as well as key management
• Conducting SBA controls, environmental controls, participating in safety rounds
• Involvement in maintenance planning in collaboration with property managers and technical managers

We are looking for someone who is social and has a genuine interest in building good relationships with both tenants and colleagues. You are customer-focused and strive to deliver high service and quality in your work. As a person, you are unpretentious and flexible, and you enjoy working in a team while also taking personal responsibility and driving your work forward in a structured manner. You have a natural problem-solving ability and an eye for detail, which allows you to handle both daily and more complex technical challenges.

• Experience working as a property technician or similar role
• At least 5 years of experience with commercial properties
• Good knowledge of heating, plumbing, electricity, ventilation, cooling, and control systems
• Experience with SBA, fire alarms, sprinklers, and energy efficiency
• Technical understanding and experience working with digital systems
• Driving license B

• Education in property technology, energy optimization, or equivalent
• Facility manager for fire alarms and sprinklers
• Experience working in Vitec or similar systems
