Who are we?

The Adult Unit consists of employees who work to investigate and provide support to adults. In the municipality, there is a residential care home for individuals with harmful use/addiction. There is also a Counseling Center with five employed therapists who work with both service and assistance-assessed interventions. Together, we form a whole from preventive and outreach work to investigation and treatment interventions. As an employee, you can expect close daily collaboration with various professional roles with different assignments, where you will be an important part.

What can we offer you?

As a social worker, your role is to meet individuals where you handle cases, investigate, make decisions, and follow up on decided interventions according to SoL and LVM (The Care of Abusers Act in certain cases). Collaboration with internal and external parties is central.

The unit is characterized by great commitment and high competence for both the target group and social work. The unit's work is led by a unit manager, a senior social worker, and a team leader. This creates conditions for you to receive good support in your daily work. We create the operations together and value cooperation, openness, and security, which fosters a culture of trust.

What are we looking for in you?

A degree in social work or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. Experience working as a social worker for the target group is an advantage. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. We see diversity as a strength and therefore welcome applicants with different backgrounds. A driver's license (B) is required.
