Technical Manager for the Mechanics School at FMTS

Because of this, we need more personnel at FMTS, and we are looking for a Technical Manager for our growing Mechanics School. Main Responsibilities:

The Mechanics School at FMTS Halmstad is focused on conscripts during their basic training. The main tasks of the Mechanics School are FSU (continued soldier training), technical education, and the responsibility for the conscripts as a whole during their position training. During the rest of the training year, competence development is conducted in the form of courses or participation in exercise series. The Mechanics School will grow both in the number of conscripts, employees, training lines, etc.

The Technical Manager of the company leads the technical service. Together with the quartermaster and adjutant, they are responsible for logistics at the company.

Technical Manager:

• Responsible for the company's equipment and its technical status
• Participates in the company command staff work
• Develops and communicates logistics orders
• Plans, leads, and follows up on the technical service function within the company
• Collaborates with and supports directly subordinate managers with their needs.
• Reports to and supports the quartermaster within the logistics function.

Qualifications:

• Officer's degree, at least OR6.
• Driving license B.

Meritorious

• Officer's degree, OR7.
• Good knowledge of the PRIO technical service system and the LIFT system.
• Previous experience as an instructor at the platoon or company level.
• Relevant education in technical service.
• Military driver's license.
• Experience in logistics positions in staff.
