Bosgårdsskolan is located close to both community and nature in Tvååker, approximately 15 km southeast of Varberg town. Here, around 620 students and about 80 staff members gather in one of Varberg's largest primary schools.

In our facilities, children and adolescents have the opportunity to develop alongside their peers while being surrounded by students from preschool to grade 9.

Our educators work collegially every week on teaching development in various areas to fine-tune our teaching to ensure it is as beneficial as possible for our students. Our goal is to be a school accessible to all students where they can develop as far as possible towards both social and academic goals. Safety and well-being are important focuses that always guide the planning of all teaching.

As we are currently undergoing renovations at Bosgårdsskolan, we are temporarily located centrally in Varberg.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will teach music at the middle school level. You have a clear and inclusive leadership style focused on building trusting relationships with students.

Motivating and inspiring students is your greatest drive. Together with your colleagues, you shape a relational leadership style where the quality of teaching is paramount. We create the best possible environment for learning.

Together with your colleagues, you plan and follow up on teaching based on your choices of pedagogical and didactic strategies and methods, tailored to the students' needs and conditions, and grounded in science and proven experience. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed music teacher for grades 1-6.

As a teacher, you are engaged and have a formative approach with the ability to create motivating and activating teaching. Your teaching is based on proven experience and scientific foundations with an exploratory approach.

You thrive in collaboration with colleagues and actively contribute to developing the organization by planning and following up on teaching together. You have a good structure in your work and can adapt teaching based on students' needs and the school's goals. Together, we are responsible for creating a sustainable work environment where both students and staff feel good, can grow, and develop.
