We are looking for a personal assistant for hourly employment and summer substitute for a positive and cheerful 31-year-old man living in Tidaholm. He leads an active life but needs support with most parts of his daily routine due to his physical disability. As his assistant, you will help with everything from personal hygiene, transfers, and training to cooking and participating in various activities such as bowling. He uses a power wheelchair and has access to various aids at home that facilitate daily routines.

You may be new to the industry or have previous experience in personal assistance. The work mainly involves daytime and evening hours as well as weekends, and it is important that you are flexible and can step in at short notice if needed. This involves both independent work and working in double staffing.

We believe you are a person who is attentive, flexible, and has a positive outlook on life. You do not need any specific prior knowledge to work with us, but it is important that you speak good Swedish to communicate effectively. A basic understanding and respect for the individual's integrity and independence are important to us. Above all, we are looking for someone who values a good relationship and enjoys working closely with others.

• Start Date: Immediately.
• Contract: Hourly employment as needed to cover for illness and leave, as well as summer substitute during week 28 and 29. We offer introductory sessions at the beginning of employment to ensure that the chemistry feels good and that you are the right candidate for the position.
• Work Shifts: Day, evening, and weekend (night shifts may be relevant later).
