Machine Operator with Forklift License Wanted at Uniflex

About the Position

Uniflex is now looking for someone with experience as a machine operator who holds a valid forklift license for rental to one of our client companies in production in Helsingborg. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in an expanding industrial environment. As a consultant with us, you will be employed by Uniflex but work at our client's production facility full-time.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Technical high school education or equivalent
• Several years of experience working as a machine operator/service technician and maintenance
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish
• Experience with TPU, Total Productive Maintenance is a plus
• Forklift license A+B
• Good technical understanding and ability to work meticulously and independently

Experience with continuous improvement tools such as 5 Whys, RCA, PDCA, and DMAIC is considered an advantage.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Optimizing the machinery by standardizing and systematizing work methods and processes
• Documenting and preventing as well as following up on disturbances
• Actively reporting and preventing risks in the machinery
• Planning, executing, and documenting preventive maintenance of the machinery
• Being present and proactive in systematic work environment efforts
• Improving OEE by measuring availability, performance, and quality
• Controlling the product
