We are looking for a .NET Developer

We are looking for a .NET Developer who is interested in working within the domains of customer knowledge and regulatory compliance. You will be part of an engaged, driven, and social team working with a business-critical system. Are you ready for the next step? Apply for the role today!

Working as a .NET Developer

In this role, you will be an important part of an inclusive team that develops and maintains business-critical systems that are vital to Skandia's work in preventing money laundering and financing of terrorism. We work with event-driven architecture, with a strong focus on backend development in .NET Core/C# and some frontend development in React/Typescript.

The team has a strong collaboration, drive, and commitment, with room for social interaction. We solve challenges ourselves or together through pair and mob programming, focusing on knowledge sharing and learning. Here, you will have the opportunity to participate in discussions about design, architecture, and requirement discussions for new solutions, as well as building and optimizing integrations with other systems.

The team is located at our office in Stockholm at Lindhagensgatan 86. We consist of software architects, developers, Scrum Masters (SM), Product Owners (PO), and testers. Together, we work closely to deliver sustainable solutions that make a real difference for our customers and society at large.

We operate according to a hybrid work model. In this role, you will report to one of our group managers within IT corporate & business common.

Technologies and tools the team works with are

  • C#/ .NET Core
  • Domain-driven design (DDD)
  • Event-driven architecture (Nservicebus/mediatr)
  • Azure DevOps/Octopus deploy/Git
  • ASP.Net/MVC
  • MS SQL
  • EF Core / Dapper
  • RESTful services
  • React/typescript
  • Unit tests (XUnit/MSTest)

To succeed in this role

We see that you are detail-oriented, have a strong drive, are problem-solving oriented, and curious about new technologies and working methods.

We expect you to have several years of experience in system development within C#/.NET. You should also be able to write and communicate fluently in Swedish. It is an advantage if you have experience with containers and Kubernetes, as well as if you have worked in an Azure environment. Since we work with event-driven architecture, it can also be beneficial if you have previous experience in this area or a willingness to learn more. We have also started our journey with GitHub Copilot and see it as a given that you want to be at the forefront of AI-assisted system development.

What happens now?

We are working with ongoing selection, so do not hesitate to submit your application today. In the application, we will ask a number of selection questions that will form the basis for the selection process. To make the recruitment process as fair and objective as possible, interviews, tests via Alva Labs, background checks, and digital reference checks will be included.

If you have questions about the role, please contact the recruiting manager Stephan Mannerfelt at stephan.mannerfelt@skandia.se (mailto:stephan.mannerfelt@skandia.se). If you have questions related to the recruitment process, email harald.brehmer@skandia.se (mailto:harald.brehmer@skandia.se). #LI-HB

We look forward to your application!
