About the role

Your primary focus as a Solution Architect will be on evolving the architecture for our Cloud Foundations in both Azure & AWS. The Cloud Core Platforms area manages public Cloud platforms in use at SEB for secure and efficient operations. Our teams oversee everything, from service contracts to platform development, maintenance, operations, and security. We develop, maintain, and operate public Cloud Services together with other teams within the bank to enable SEB’s development in Public Cloud.

As a Solution Architect, you will be part of our Azure & AWS Core team consisting of skilled Cloud Engineers enabling the bank of tomorrow, today. Work in one of the key focus areas in the bank, designing innovative, scalable, and secure solutions with our internal customers in mind.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

- You are a curious team player with a deep interest in how modern technology can be used to solve different business concerns.

- You have experience in architecture with a focus on both technology and business.

- You are comfortable working in an agile organization and take responsibility to drive change initiatives.

- You have an application and infrastructure development background with familiarity in both Azure and AWS.

- You have spent at least 3 years working on building scalable Cloud infrastructure environments.

- You have previous experience from working in the financial industry.

- You have a few years of development experience in either C# or Java.
