We are looking for residential support workers at Nytida Mogården for our short-term accommodation for individuals with mental health issues and substance abuse.

What do we do? At Nytida, you will meet people with various needs for support and care. It involves supporting children, young people, and adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. Together, we cook, clean, go on outings, exercise, converse, and much more. We are looking for someone who wants to get to know, understand, and be a part of another person's life.

About Mogården At Nytida Mogården, we offer a safe and supportive short-term accommodation for individuals with addiction issues, substance abuse problems, and comorbidity who need 24/7 access to staff. Our goal is for each individual to feel safe and supported through individually tailored support that promotes personal growth. We believe that every person is unique and deserves to be met based on their own needs and circumstances. At Mogården, we actively work to create incentives for increased self-confidence and belief that change is possible. You have a manager close to you who spends part of their time working in the operation. This can also be a future career opportunity for you. Dogs are present in connection with the operation. In our operation, we work with medication management, delegation, and have nurses on site for support. You never work alone and always have a colleague to turn to for support, regardless of the time of day.

Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who are applying to us:

- Have the ability to work in a low-arousal manner and manage people with various types of interaction challenges.

We would like you to be an educated nursing assistant, social pedagogue, treatment pedagogue, or behavioral scientist and have worked a few years in care and support. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
