We are looking for a new star to join VK Media's customer service team. You will be part of a tight-knit and cheerful group in a developing and learning environment where issues related to subscriptions, broadband, and private ads are handled. With feedback from readers and subscribers, the department contributes to the further development of the group's products and services. Your Responsibilities

The role of customer service representative at VK Media involves a mix of sales, customer service, and technical support primarily within broadband and subscriptions, where you provide both new and existing customers with a good experience in their contact with VK Media. Customer contact occurs primarily through incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and events. You will be offered a varied job in an engaging environment where you and your colleagues develop together every day.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you need to have good experience working with broadband and preferably also experience in sales and customer service. We will place great emphasis on your personality and your willingness to develop, but you need to have a technical interest and enjoy sales. You have a pedagogical approach, are skilled at expressing yourself both verbally and in writing, and can meet all customers with a positive attitude. You have your own drive, enjoy working in a team, and can share your knowledge with others. We value applicants with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
