We need a new salesperson!

Are you passionate about retail? Are you driven by the challenges present in a department store? Then you are the one we need for our team. We are now looking for summer staff for our store in Skellefteå who can work when our regular staff is on vacation. We want you to be available for work throughout the entire period of June-August, and there is a great chance for continued employment even after the summer. The work is part-time with varying degrees of employment based on need. It would be great if you want to help us develop Rusta together!

Your role as a salesperson

Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No day is the same! You will work with and take responsibility for different types of tasks every day; from cashier work and customer service to restocking and restructuring the store's departments.

Your responsibilities as a salesperson:

• to always prioritize customer and sales focus as the first priority and to contribute to achieving and exceeding the store's sales and profitability goals.
• to work efficiently with cashier work, store exposure, pricing, inventory management, and restocking. (including inventories)
• to maintain order and cleanliness.
