ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for a weighing administrator for Ragn-Sells Treatment & Detox in Umeå on a full-time basis. You will be part of a team on-site, where four-legged friends are also present. As a weighing administrator, you are the first contact when customers and drivers contact the facility scales in the region. Together with your colleagues, you will weigh and check the vehicles and deliveries coming to the facilities. The role involves many points of contact with customers, drivers, and colleagues around the facility. It may also be relevant to assist other departments within Ragn-Sells with administrative services.

To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed in the role, you will receive training and colleagues on-site whom you can consult as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your tasks will include:

• Responsible for approving the weighing in and out of vehicles at Ragn-Sells facilities
• Weighing in vehicles over the phone that do not have their own weighing cards
• Checking that incoming materials have the correct labeling and documentation

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a completed high school diploma
• Has work experience in administration or service
• Is proficient in using the Office suite and navigating various data systems
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as communication via phone and email is a significant part of the role
• Can and want to work large parts of the summer to cover summer needs
• Wants to work in the office as remote work is not possible

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in the recycling industry or as a weighing administrator
