Your Responsibilities

As a purchaser, you will be responsible for the entire process of planning, coordinating, executing, and following up on purchases and contracts. You will make requests for proposals, negotiate supplier and collaboration agreements, and ensure deliveries and follow-up in relation to the client's production and service documents, as well as to other facilities within the company.

The purchases are varied, ranging from small supplies to large equipment that includes assembly and warranties. You will have daily contact with internal buyers and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Your Background/Attributes

We see you as a person who is social, structured, and has the ability to build long-term relationships and maintain trust in all business transactions in a humble manner. You should have good communication skills, strong self-leadership, and analytical skills grounded in good ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education preferably related to purchasing, or other experience deemed equivalent.
• Driver's license (B).
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience in purchasing work.
