About QT Systems

QT Systems AB was founded in 2001 and is a hardware and software company based in Lycksele, Northern Sweden. Since 2023, we are part of Confirma Software AB. We currently have 20 employees who share a strong interest in technology and a desire to continuously develop.

Our focus areas are electric vehicle chargers, access control systems, and booking systems. Our main customers are housing associations, and we sell through our resellers. One of our strengths is that all our products and services are developed in-house, which makes us flexible and allows for customer adaptations. Additionally, all our products and services can be controlled through a single app – making it easy for both customers and property owners.

About the position

As a salesperson at QT Systems, you will work on selling our products and services to new customers while nurturing our existing customer relationships. You will:

  • Actively target new customers and resellers

  • Conduct customer visits and participate in trade shows

  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Work towards sales budgets and business goals

We aim to expand our sales from northern Sweden to central and southern Sweden, which means that travel will be a significant part of the job.

The location is flexible, for example, Umeå, Sundsvall, Östersund, or Luleå. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in field sales or other types of direct sales

  • Documented good sales results

  • Experience in building and developing customer relationships

  • Driver's license (B)

  • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written

If you can demonstrate a clear interest in technology and IT, it is a significant plus for working with us. Additionally, if you have basic knowledge of electronics, you will work better with both customers and suppliers.
