Your role as a salesperson for Kronans Apotek at Renmarkstorget in Umeå

We are looking for a cheerful and service-oriented salesperson for our pharmacy located at Renmarkstorget in central Umeå. In the surrounding area, there are not only a large number of shops but also various healthcare facilities, which means we have a wide variety of customers. You will work together with a lovely newly started team consisting of 2 pharmacists and 2 self-care advisors who collectively take great responsibility for the pharmacy and create world-class customer experiences. The pharmacy also collaborates with our other Kronans Apotek in the area, which means that lending to other stores may be relevant.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from providing the best possible customer service to selling self-care products. Your main tasks include the following:

• Cash handling and customer meetings
• Restocking, signage, and fronting of goods
• Ordering goods and inventory management

The pharmacy is currently open from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, but in the future, it will also be open on Saturdays. Initially, we offer a special fixed-term employment where the employment is hourly, but with full-time hours over the summer. For the right person, there is the possibility of extension for the rest of the year and potentially also a permanent position. You will belong to TF pharmacy manager Kimberly Claus's team. Desired start is immediate, and you should be able to work full-time.

We are looking for someone who primarily has experience in service and sales. If you are currently training to be a pharmacist or have previous experience in the pharmacy industry, this is an advantage. However, the most important factor is your personality.

At the pharmacy, we all help each other with the daily work, which can sometimes be a bit stressful, so you should be a positive person who does not mind putting in effort when required. Being a team player who thrives in a group is a prerequisite for enjoying the work. In return, you will have a job with development potential in a wonderful team, where the opportunity for work is unlimited.
