What does the job as Team Leader at Stadium entail?
Our customers should feel welcome at Stadium, they should be invited to a customer experience around the entire running track - an experience characterized by world-class service.
As Team Leader, you are a clear sidekick to the store manager, where you together drive our core processes to create the best conditions for the total customer experience. You do this by coaching, providing feedback, and continuously developing the other staff in the store. We believe that change is positive, and we see that you have a business-oriented leadership style where you drive sales towards budgeted goals and key figures. Planning, recruiting, and scheduling are part of everyday life. You are part of the management team and are responsible for the store when the store manager is not present.
We believe that the key to success lies in how we, as employees, thrive at work and the atmosphere we create in the store. You have a key role in creating a positive and inspiring work environment with our values at the center through good collaboration and communication skills, curiosity, and energy. This also contributes to the success of the store and the entire company.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has a burning passion for sports and sales and is motivated by seeing others succeed. Your leadership style focuses on coaching and feedback. You have 1–2 years of previous experience in retail sales and good digital skills and experience working with the MS Office suite. If you have previously worked in a leadership position in retail, that is a plus.
You are a team player who thrives in an operational role, on the floor with colleagues and customers. To succeed in the role, we see that you are driven, self-sufficient, and constantly want to develop yourself and the business with innovative, simple methods, contributing to a world-class customer experience.
We value personal qualities such as high collaboration ability, being attentive and solution-oriented, as well as having good communication skills both internally with employees and externally with suppliers, partners, and our customers.
For the role, you need to be able to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Duration/working hours
The position is 100% with a start date of September 1, 2025.
