Job Description

We now need you who have experience in emergency care, who want to help build intermediate care and who see the benefits of rotating between different levels of care. The work is characterized by quick decisions and a high flow of patients as the lengths of stay are short (we care for about 2500 patients/year). AVA receives patients with acute conditions in internal medicine directly from the emergency department. You will care for a varying number of patients depending on the level of care and time of day.

Qualifications

You are calm and controlled in stressful situations and can maintain a realistic perspective and focus on the right things. In your work with our patients and your colleagues, empathy and teamwork are required. You have a holistic view and can see patients' needs from a care perspective.

We are looking for someone who is easy to collaborate with, can work independently, and has a flexible approach. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in emergency care
• Proof of protected professional title for nursing assistants
• Alternatively: Employer certificate confirming that you were permanently employed as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023, according to the transitional provisions of the Patient Safety Act (2010:659)

Meritorious

• Relevant specialist education
• Practical experience in handling monitoring equipment, NIV, high-flow treatment.
• Experience of IMA or another higher level of care
