ABOUT THE POSITION

One of your primary tasks is to provide customers with their company cars, where you not only hand over the car but also create a memorable experience. Your ability to give an engaging demonstration and presentation of the car is crucial for creating a wow factor for the customer. You will answer questions about the car model and its features and functions. Therefore, knowledge of all parts of the car is valuable to offer a complete service. We strive for each presentation to feel exclusive and marked by premium quality.

The second part of the position involves working as a customer advisor. Your main task is to act as a reliable advisor throughout the customer journey, from inquiry and order to delivery of the product. You are expected to provide high-quality service and answer questions from both existing and potential customers. This interaction can take place both in personal meetings and online via phone and email.

WHO ARE YOU? You have the ability to listen and understand each customer's individual needs. You conduct needs analyses and are attentive to each customer's specific situation to deliver an outstanding customer experience. To thrive and excel in this role, a customer-focused attitude and an interest in the automotive industry are important. We also see that you can act proactively and feel comfortable meeting and interacting with customers while effectively answering their questions. The ability to think quickly and solve any issues will therefore be a central part of the role. Your commitment to driving improvements will be a significant asset in this role, as the position involves continuous development work. So, to succeed in the role, you have a good ability to take initiative and work flexibly.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has a complete high school education
  • Communicates fluently in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Has good computer and system skills
  • Has a manual B driver's license (requirement)

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in service and/or the automotive industry.
