About the Role

As a Contract Manager, you will be a central figure within the organization and lead operations for one of CBRE's larger industrial clients in Falkenberg and Helsingborg. You will also be a key person in the continued development of the service team in Skåne. As a Contract Manager at CBRE, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for property-related operations and services to CBRE's clients by leading technicians and subcontractors, actively working with management systems. As a Contract Manager, you will regularly be on-site with the client in Falkenberg and Helsingborg, where you will build trust and work proactively with technical solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

As a Contract Manager, your primary responsibilities involve actively identifying improvement opportunities in the client's environment together with the technicians. As a Contract Manager, you will document and report potential issues and develop creative solution proposals. You will work both independently and collaboratively with your team, where you will be the primary contact for the client. Therefore, we see that you are structured, action-oriented, and responsible. You thrive on driving things forward and have a natural customer focus, being both independent and team-oriented. Your main tasks include:

Responsible for the delivery of FM services
Technical operation of properties
Be the contact person for our clients
Planning maintenance work and corrective actions
Ensure inspections and assessments are carried out
Supervise technicians and subcontractors
Work in and be responsible for progress in our management/maintenance systems
Handle administration, coordination, documentation, quotes, and budget
Coordination and follow-up of quality and environmental work

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has experience in property management and technical equipment
Has specific or general knowledge in property technology
Has work experience leading repair, installation, or project work, including related finances
Has experience in administrative tasks and knowledge of maintenance/management systems
Has experience leading technicians and subcontractors
Has excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have:

Experience in BasP/U and in contract law (AB/ABT)
Experience in construction, industry, and/or the FM sector
