About the Role
In the role of Customer Service Support, you play a crucial role in providing outstanding service and support to Klüber Lubrication's Nordic customers. You are the primary bridge between field representatives, headquarters, and customers. Most inquiries come in via email and involve everything from technical guidance and order management to questions regarding logistics and deliveries.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Providing customer support and assisting with order administration for customers in the Nordic market.
- Helping customers with product inquiries.
- Supporting field sales representatives administratively, such as creating quotes and managing delivery tracking.
- Assisting with campaigns and pricing agreements.
- Other administration related to the supply chain.
You will be based at the company's office on Vasagatan in Stockholm and be part of a wonderful Nordic team.
Qualifications and Attributes
- A couple of years of experience in a similar role, such as customer service, order administration, sales support, or supply chain; an interest in supply chain is a plus.
- Experience working with business systems, experience with SAP is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Very good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of another Nordic language and/or German is a strong advantage.

If you have a technical interest, it is a significant advantage as many of the inquiries are of a technical nature.

- Location: Stockholm, Vasagatan
- Scope: Full-time at the office with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Salary: By agreement
