Are you interested in working with children's and youth's learning and development?

We at StudentConsulting are currently looking for both qualified and unqualified primary school teachers for upcoming assignments at primary schools in Stockholm/Solna.

If you are studying or have another job and want to work extra within the school, this is a perfect opportunity for you. The employment form is flexible and gives you the chance to work at several different primary schools as a substitute teacher. We are looking for someone who can work at least two days a week starting as soon as possible. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during the day.

As a substitute teacher in primary school, you will among other things:

Support students in their learning and social development.
Conduct lessons according to planning or support the regular teacher.
Create a safe and motivating environment where students feel seen and encouraged.
Help with conflict management and relationship building.
Support students with special needs if necessary.

You will be employed by StudentConsulting and work at various primary schools within the Stockholm area.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who meets one of the following:

Holds a primary school teacher's degree or a secondary school teacher's degree according to the Regulation (2011:326) on qualifications and licenses for teachers.
Studying in a teacher education program with at least one completed internship period and documented experience of working in primary school.

We also prefer that you:

Are flexible and can quickly get around the Stockholm area (a driver's license and access to a car is an advantage).
Have a genuine interest in educational work and children's development.
Are calm, stable, and empathetic in interactions with students and colleagues.
Find it easy to build relationships and instill trust.
Communicate clearly and have good collaboration skills.
Experience working in schools is highly meritorious.
