Position: Property caretaker with expertise in property management

Location: Henån/Orust Municipality

In the role of property caretaker, you will become an important part of our operations within Community Development, where you will work together with a wonderful team consisting of a property manager, property administrator, four property caretakers, and a carpenter.

Your tasks

• Regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure operational reliability for good indoor climate and low energy consumption.
• Ventilation: Operation, maintenance, filter changes, troubleshooting. Order and facilitate work for OVK.
• Control technology: Monitoring and optimizing the properties' control systems for heating, ventilation, and cooling.
• Heating systems: Operation, maintenance with control of pressurized devices, cleaning dirt filters, etc. Operational optimization of heat pumps and monitoring of temperatures for heating, cooling, and hot water.
• Backup power: Supervision, quarterly tests, and contact for annual service.
• Collaboration: Support colleagues in operational-related issues. Lead external suppliers and technical consultants. Inform and communicate with tenants and operational managers.

About you

• Have experience in property management, with a particular focus on property operations for heating and ventilation.
• Have education or equivalent work experience with property technical systems.
• Are technically skilled and enjoy working both practically and administratively.
• Are self-driven and proactive, with a structured working method.
• Have a B driver's license (requirement).
