Then you could be our new Regional Key Account Manager!

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Regional Key Account Manager, you have overall responsibility for the total sales and profitability development with your local customers within your district. (Local customers = local wholesalers and some selected chain customers as well as larger independent customers) and also public customers. You are responsible for proactively creating growth within hotels, restaurants, the public sector, and cafes for both brand owners and Conaxess Trade. Establishing and continuously updating customer plans. Customer plans consist of clarifying existing business, identifying opportunities for development, and setting goals for each customer. As a Regional KAM, you are also responsible for establishing contact with end customers for each local wholesaler. This is to ensure the sale of Conaxess Trade products and the brands that Conaxess Trade represents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • create a good, selling, and business-like relationship with all customers in the district that leads to business
  • conduct sales presentations and demonstrations at customer sites of existing products and news
  • participate in and plan local and central fairs
  • conduct tasting breakfasts/lunches/snacks at local wholesaler offices
  • work based on the established sales cycle plan, set KPIs, and goals
  • ensure that policies and guidelines decided by Conaxess Trade are followed

We prefer that you have experience as a salesperson/KAM and/or have worked in food service. Suitable residential location is Jönköping and surrounding areas.

You will report to the Head of Foodservice and be part of a nationwide team that meets four times a year for developing and inspiring conferences.

We have a collective agreement with Swedish Trade and offer a fixed monthly salary, bonus, wellness allowance, and company car.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, and we always apply a 6-month probationary period.
