About the Role

We are seeking a highly efficient doer to serve our customers in the best possible way. At the same time, we need you to challenge and develop how we work through digitalization, automation, and improvement measures so that the entire team can achieve maximum efficiency. This is an exciting role for someone who wants to combine operational work with improvement projects and truly make a difference.

We see great potential in developing smarter ways of working through digital tools and proven methods. In this role, you will play an active part in shaping and improving our processes, driving change, and contributing to the team's development through both administrative skills and collaboration with colleagues.

Our goal is to deliver first-class service to our customers with the most efficient resource utilization possible. We strive to minimize manual handling and create smooth flows to maximize our capacity.

As customer and sales support at Bufab, you will be a key player and work closely with sales, warehouse, and purchasing. You will have a varied everyday life with broad contact surfaces and great opportunities to influence and develop.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Order registration and customer service
• Planning and delivery monitoring
• Participation in improvement projects and development of our processes
• Opportunity to work with digital solutions to streamline the handling of forecasts from over 350 customers
• Being part of automating work tasks and processes to create efficient flows

About You

You are a person who has a natural ability to handle administration while also seeing opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

You thrive in a team where collaboration is the key to success and have the ability to engage and inspire others in change work.

You have a strong interest in digital solutions and optimizing ways of working.

To succeed in this role, you are structured, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You are a team player with a positive attitude, who likes to take responsibility and create improvements.

You may have a post-secondary education in logistics, operations, or supply chain and are looking for your first challenge in a larger company with good development opportunities. Alternatively, you may have a few years of experience in customer service, warehousing, or logistics and want to grow in a new role within a dynamic and future-oriented company.

Experience with business systems, demand planning, administrative automation solutions (e.g., data reading), and data analysis (Excel, PBI) is an advantage.
