Stacke Hydraulik is now looking for a Sales Manager who wants to take our sales to the next level through strategic customer engagement and business development. If you have experience in B2B sales within technology and are driven by creating long-term relationships – this could be your next challenge! 

As a Sales Manager… 

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our sales strategy and strengthening our market position. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships. The role combines strategic work with operational responsibility, where you are active throughout the sales process. You will work closely with internal colleagues in the design department, purchasing, and production, as most of our solutions are customized and require good collaboration. Initially, you will drive sales independently, but as the company grows, you will have the opportunity to build a sales department. If you have the ambition and drive, this could eventually lead to a role as Sales Director.  

You will be based in our office in Skillingaryd, but the position also involves travel to visit customers, with approximately 30 overnight stays per year. 

Some of your key responsibilities: 

• Customer engagement and sales: Prospect and build long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. 

• Technical advice and solution sales: Understand customer needs and offer customized hydraulic solutions. 

• Business development: Develop strategies to increase sales and establish Stacke Hydraulik in new markets. 

• Order management and follow-up: Ensure customer satisfaction and quality throughout the sales process. 

• Market and environmental monitoring: Stay updated on trends and news in the industry and participate in fairs and customer events. 

To succeed in the role of Sales Manager… 

• you have a background in B2B sales from technology-intensive industries.  

• You have a strong business drive, excellent communication skills, technical interest, and the ability to understand customer needs.  

• Furthermore, you have a valid driver's license (B category).  

• You are fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
