Assignment Description We are looking for two experienced and strategic purchasers/tenderers with solid knowledge in public procurement and purchasing. You have documented experience in leading and executing procurements of goods, services, and contracts in accordance with applicable legislation.

Skills and Experience

• Procurement Processes & Legislation – Deep knowledge of LUF, LOU, and strategic business law in procurement.
• Project Management & Process Development – Experience in independently planning, driving, and executing procurements from needs analysis to contract signing.
• Business Acumen & Sustainability – Ability to conduct business-oriented and sustainable purchases with a focus on long-term value creation.
• Contract Negotiation & Management – Documented experience in creating, managing, and optimizing contracts.
• Advisory & Training – Strong communication skills with experience in training and supporting organizations in procurement and purchasing.
• Digital Tools & Systems – Experience with e-Procurement or other procurement tools is a plus.

Assignment Details Start Date: 2025-04-14 or as soon as possible End Date: 2025-12-31 Option: Possibility of extension up to 36 months at the client's discretion Scope: 100% Location: Hybrid. Remote work with a requirement for presence at the office in Jönköping as needed.
