We are looking for two Strategic Buyers/Purchasers for an exciting opportunity in public procurement and purchasing. The role requires solid experience in planning, leading, and executing procurements of goods, services, and contracts in accordance with applicable legislation.

Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic purchasing processes, ensuring compliance with procurement legislation, and contributing to the organization's long-term goals through effective and sustainable purchasing solutions. You will negotiate and follow up on contracts, provide advice and training in procurement and purchasing, and manage digital procurement tools.

Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of procurement and legislation: Deep understanding of LUF, LOU, and strategic business law related to procurement. • Project management and process development: Experienced in independently planning, leading, and executing procurements from needs analysis to contract signing. • Business acumen and sustainability: Ability to make purchases that are both profitable and sustainable, focusing on long-term value creation. • Contract negotiation and follow-up: Experience in designing, managing, and optimizing contracts to ensure compliance and achieve the best possible results. • Advisory and training: Strong communication skills with experience in training and supporting procurement and purchasing in various organizations. • Digital tools and systems: Familiar with working with e-Procurement or similar procurement tools to streamline processes. By combining business thinking, legal expertise, and a solution-oriented approach, the procurement consultants contribute to improving and streamlining the organization's purchasing processes.

Before the assignment agreement comes into effect, a security clearance and signing of a security protection agreement according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be required.
