Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic buyer/purchaser with extensive knowledge in public procurement and purchasing. Must have documented experience in leading and executing procurements of goods, services, and contracts in accordance with applicable legislation.

Mandatory Requirements

• Procurement processes & legislation – Solid knowledge of LUF and LOU and strategic business law in procurement.
• Project management & process development – Experienced in independently planning, driving, and executing procurements from needs analysis to contract signing.
• Business acumen & sustainability – Ability to carry out business-oriented and sustainable purchases with a focus on long-term value creation.
• Contract negotiation & contract management – Experience in creating and managing contracts as well as ensuring compliance and optimization.
• Advisory & training – Strong communication skills with experience in training and supporting organizations in procurement and purchasing.
• Digital tools & systems – Experience with e-Avrop or other procurement tools.
