Who are you?

As a Sales Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the store. You drive sales by inspiring and developing our talented salespeople. We believe that you are an inspiring and coaching leader who has a great ability to work systematically towards set goals. You are skilled in sales and passionate about seeing your employees develop. You thrive best in a team where everyone is included and where your colleagues share knowledge, innovation, and development.

We believe that you are currently successfully working in sales and are curious about developing others in sales. Perhaps you are an informal leader or have some form of team leadership responsibility and feel ready for your first managerial role? You are goal-oriented and good at prioritizing. You enjoy solving problems and go the extra mile to make things happen. We would like you to have good travel experience and extensive knowledge of travel destinations. And not least - a passion for travel!

We work in a variety of internal and external systems, so it is an important merit that you have good computer skills and are used to working in systems daily.

Since we want to be available for our customers - when they need us - we have generous opening hours, which means that the schedule is distributed over both daytime, evening, and weekends. The position of Sales Manager with us in Jönköping is full-time with start date according to agreement.
