As a store manager with us, you will be a crucial part of the store's success. You will coach and inspire your team, set goals, and lead the way to deliver a world-class customer experience together.

What does the role entail?

In the role of store manager, you will:

• Drive the store's sales and operational work. Together with your team, you create strong results and an inspiring store environment.
• Lead and develop your team. By being a present, coaching, and engaged leader, you help your salespeople grow both individually and as a team.
• Provide top-notch service. You are a role model in customer interactions and ensure that every visit to the store is a positive experience.
• Work solution-oriented. Together with your manager, you find new methods and solutions to develop the store's full potential.

Your background
