Job Description

We are looking for an administrator for internal services at the Swedish Government Service Center!

The Swedish Government Service Center was established in 2012 with the mission to make the state more efficient and accessible. It is a government agency under the Ministry of Finance and is undergoing exciting development as its mission is continuously expanding. They also handle administration for nearly 170 government agencies with a focus on administrative services and consulting support in finance, payroll, and HR. They also provide information and guidance on government services to individuals and businesses at their service offices across the country.

As an administrator at the Swedish Government Service Center, you will primarily work in case management systems, handling everything from entering, reviewing, investigating, and following up on cases. You will also work on analyzing and evaluating various projects and work methods. This is also somewhat of a social service as you will have contact with colleagues across different departments and receive visitors at the reception, checking their access. The work may also include other administrative tasks and office services.

  • Plan, investigate, review, and follow up on cases in the case management system
  • Prepare proposals, such as decision support documents
  • Analyze and evaluate tasks and projects
  • Handle maintenance requests in the premises and report to the property manager
  • Control access and receive visitors at the reception
  • Manage mail and packages
  • Other administrative tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum completed upper secondary education
  • Four years of experience in similar tasks
  • Familiarity with case management systems and the Office suite
  • Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish
