Administrator for the Digitalization and Administration Section

The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is growing – we are building new, renovating, and expanding, and we are now looking for more employees. The position is located in the Digitalization and Administration Section of the HR Department's Planning and Employer Development Unit.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an administrator in the Digitalization and Administration Section, you are the spider in the web within the area of HR systems and HR digitalization. You work in a team where you and your colleagues share responsibility for your mission and contribute to achieving goals.

Your responsibilities include HR administration, system administration, and joint administration for the section, as you provide support to the various departments for HR systems. You will work with documentation, publishing information in various channels, record-keeping, creating guides and user support for systems, testing work, and related administration for system tests and access management.

You will have the opportunity to shape the role according to the section's needs since it is new. This requires, among other things, that you create new structures, new working methods, and you will have the chance to contribute new ideas. At the same time, you will also create structure in the existing forms that already exist in the section. You are expected to actively work on continuous improvements of routines and working methods - it is part of the role to contribute.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who works well with others, builds contacts, and maintains relationships. You take responsibility for your tasks, drive processes forward, and have the ability to take the initiative to develop working methods. When changes occur, you easily adapt and see opportunities. Furthermore, you are calm, stable, and controlled in stressful situations.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education
• Experience in administrative work
• Good ability to express yourself in spoken and written Swedish

It is an advantage if you have:

• University education
• Experience in HR administration and/or HR systems
• Experience working with systems
• Experience in coordination
• Knowledge of HR systems

OTHER

We have high demands on our employees' security and confidentiality awareness. To work with us, you need to undergo a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The position is classified in a security class, and a security clearance, including a security interview with a background check, will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. During the security clearance, you as a person, your background, and your relationships will be investigated from a security perspective.
