About the role

We at Securitas are currently looking for a team leader for the office in Kristinehamn. Here, together with other team leaders and managers, you will work to create the right conditions for our employees. In the role, you work as a guard, but your main task is to ensure that your team has the right conditions to carry out the daily work in the best possible way.

Through your engagement in the team and clear leadership, you lay the foundation for well-knit teams. At Securitas, we want to be the best in our industry, and in the role of team leader, you will have a significant impact through regular dialogue with both our customers and employees around you.

You will for example:

• lead and plan the daily work effectively for both patrol and stationary customers.
• be involved in scheduling, vacancy resolution, and BO optimization.
• create risk analyses.
• manage daily contact with both large and small customers.
• ensure that Securitas policies are followed and adhered to.
• work administratively in our systems, such as GSP, GKC, and Tools.

This position is during daytime between 07-18, and you work according to a 5-2 schedule, which means you work five days one week and two days the next week.

Requirements

• Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school
• Driving license B

Meritorious

• Experience leading smaller groups while working operationally
• Good knowledge of the geographical work area that the position includes
• Experience from our support systems (e.g., Tools, GSP)

• The position is a full-time position during the day with a start date according to agreement. We apply a 6-month probationary period.

For employment within Securitas Sweden AB, it is required that you have approved grades from high school in Swedish and English and are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company according to the Act (1974:191) on security companies (the application is made by Securitas). Depending on the position, a security review according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be relevant. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to each regulation, a background check will be conducted. The assessment concerns compliance with the law, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities. Information obtained may, for example, come from yourself, open sources, or authorities. We apply a comprehensive assessment when evaluating suitability for each position.

For most roles, a B driving license is also required.

Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
