Are you ready for an exciting and varied work environment where every day is unique? We are looking for dedicated and responsible alarm operators to strengthen our team at our alarm center. As an alarm operator, you are the heart of our operation and play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to our customers in their most critical moments.

We need reinforcement for our Alarm Center and are looking for summer substitutes and part-time employees. The alarm center is staffed around the clock, 365 days a year, and the job requires that you can work evenings, nights, and weekends.

With us, all types of alarms are handled, from technical alarms to live burglary and assault alarms. You respond to alarms and take action while communicating with both customers and police and security guards. Your task is to coordinate and collaborate to ensure quick and effective responses. It is important that you prioritize and can multi-task to handle several situations simultaneously while following the rules and procedures in place within the company.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can quickly shift focus and pace in their work. You are fast, meticulous, and have a knack for making decisions. You work with a customer focus and are committed to delivering top-notch service.

It is an advantage if you have experience working as a security guard or have worked with similar tasks before. Perhaps you have a background in customer service or have worked with customer contact in other contexts.

For employment, you must be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized Alarm Center.

The assignment begins with on-site training where you will learn the job alongside experienced operators.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Completed high school education
• Computer proficiency
• Experience in customer service and phone-based work is an advantage
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication skills and ability to establish trusting relationships
• Ability to work shifts and be flexible with working hours
