Do you want to be a key person in our clients' security efforts and contribute to a safer society? As a senior security consultant at 2Secure, you will be part of a team of experts in the entire security field. We are a market-leading comprehensive provider of security consulting and security services, with about 120 colleagues across the country.

We are now looking for a senior security consultant in Karlstad to strengthen our office and our operations in the region.

About the role

As a senior security consultant, you will work with both preventive personal security services for individuals and security solutions for companies. You will have an advisory and supportive role where you help our clients create safety both in everyday life and in unwanted events.

You will:

· Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development in the region.

· Conduct security analyses, risk and threat assessments.

· Suggest and support the implementation of security measures.

· Support clients in an interim security manager role if needed.

· Conduct training independently and together with colleagues.

· Collaborate with other business areas within 2Secure to strengthen clients' security efforts.

Together with your colleague in Karlstad, you will manage and develop our operations in the region.

We are looking for someone who has:

· At least six years of experience in risk and security work (private or public, e.g., police, military).

· Formal security competence through relevant education, courses, or certifications.

· Driver's license B and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Desirable experiences:

· Previous leadership or functional responsibility within the security field.

· Experience as a trainer in security.

· Background in interim security manager roles.

· Knowledge of cybersecurity and digital risks for individuals.
