Security Guard for Leading Company in Paper Production in Grums

CSG is looking for security guards for one of the leading Swedish companies in cardboard and paper manufacturing in Grums.

We are now seeking new employees for on-call positions as well as full-time during the summer of 2025. As a security guard, you will play a crucial role in monitoring the industrial facility where your skills and knowledge will be essential for success in the role. The tasks will vary, but we require that you have a B driver's license as patrolling will occur both on foot and by car. In your role, you will also perform access control, vehicle and/or area surveillance, monitor the area via existing and new cameras, and provide reception services where the focus on service and security will be primary for visitors.

Your Experience

For the position, it is required that you hold a B driver's license, are at least 20 years old, have good language skills in Swedish and English (both spoken and written), possess sufficient health and physical fitness to handle the tasks at hand, and have mental stability and stress resilience to manage the work demands.

We consider it an advantage if you are multilingual, have other experience in the security industry such as security guard training (VU1, VU2), port and maritime security control training with a passing result, security guard training with a passing result, and if you hold an SSG entry pass.

Salary is based on the collective agreement between Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union. All required training will be provided by us.
