About the Role

As a technician, you will work with installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance of smart home systems. You will meet customers on-site and ensure a smooth user experience. We are looking for someone with electrical knowledge, technical interest, and experience in home automation or IoT. If you also have skills in AV technology and sound systems, that is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Installation and programming of smart home systems (lighting, security, access, home automation).
• Troubleshooting and technical support on-site and remotely.
• Customer consulting and training in our solutions.
• Collaboration with the sales team to deliver tailored solutions.
• Keeping updated on the latest technology in smart homes.

Qualifications

✔ Experienced electrician or technician with knowledge of home automation.

✔ Strong technical understanding and ability to quickly learn new systems.

✔ Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

✔ Good communication skills and experience explaining technology to customers.

✔ Driver's license B (requirement) – work takes place on-site with customers in Stockholm.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in smart home technology, networking, or electronics.
• Experience with KNX, Control4, or similar control systems.
• Background in AV technology, audio/video or multiroom solutions.
