About the Role

As a Recruitment Manager, you will drive various recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and HRBPs. You may also be part of a recruitment center supporting a global corporation with all or part of the internal recruitment processes within the companies. You will often work in teams with good cohesion, focusing on providing excellent service to a large corporation.

You may also work closely with internal clients to ensure successful recruitments. In this role, you will handle the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You will work extensively with LinkedIn and other search tools, phone interviews, advertising and ad distribution, in-depth interviews, and reference checks. This also includes taking requirement specifications with managers throughout the organization, planning the process, and conducting personality tests on candidates.
