Karlstad Energy is looking for a driven and committed product specialist in electricity networks who wants to make a real difference.

Responsibilities

In your role as a product specialist in electricity networks, you will act as an expert and advisor in the field. You will work in a team where curiosity, customer focus, and problem-solving abilities are valued. The various business areas at Karlstad Energy are represented among our product specialists, and we encourage developing expertise in another area over time.

You will work closely with our customers to identify needs and ensure clear information flows both internally and externally. You will monitor the market regarding trends and ensure that legislation is followed in updated procedures.

You will be responsible for parts of the administrative handling related to electricity networks while also serving as specialist support for our customer service and being available internally and externally for training. You may also be our contact person with external actors, which means you will establish important contacts and coordinate with others in the industry.

Your role will include actively participating in projects related to electricity networks, where you will contribute your expertise to ensure that our products not only meet but also exceed market demands and customer expectations. You will keep the customer in focus and see opportunities for continuous improvement and development to ensure efficient project flows and work processes.

You will work closely and collaboratively with our colleagues in the Electricity Network business area as well as with our marketing department, which includes sales and communication in addition to customer service. You will be incredibly important in our efforts to ensure that our products meet market demands and customer needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to the sales and support team to ensure correct and effective product delivery.
• Customer Contact: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and ensure transparency.
• Training: Educate and support internal teams and customers in the use and understanding of our electricity network products.

Qualifications

You have a solid background in administration in businesses characterized by extensive customer contact, and you have the ability to build bridges between operational activities and customers, as well as a high school education. Your accuracy and ability to work as a team player are prominent traits that help you maintain focus on the customer's needs while constantly striving to improve and develop processes. Your communication skills are excellent, both in Swedish and English, and you have the ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a strong focus on achieving results. Experience in electricity networks, product development, and market analysis is a plus.
