Part-time Finance Assistant for Consulting Assignment in Mölndal

We are currently looking for a part-time finance assistant for a consulting assignment with our client in Mölndal, starting immediately. The position is 50% with a flexible schedule regarding which days and times you work. The assignment is intended to lead to a permanent position with our client. It is a great advantage if you can start as soon as possible!

About the Position

As a finance assistant with our client, you will work closely with the accounting manager.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Accounts receivable
• Payment of supplier invoices
• Reconciliations
• Phone and email support
• Other administrative tasks in the department

Suitable Background

For this position, we are looking for someone with experience in a similar role. We see you as service-oriented, social, and positive with a curious mindset. Of course, you are meticulous in your work and enjoy working in a structured and well-planned manner. You need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of Excel.
