Are you a service-oriented and solution-focused person who enjoys customer contact? Then you could be our new colleague in customer support! We are now looking for a customer support representative to join our team.

In customer support, you play an important role in creating a positive customer experience.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Handling inquiries and orders by receiving and responding to incoming calls, emails, and other messages from customers
• Administering customer cases
• Guiding and providing support regarding Catell's products
• Keeping customer information updated in the company's business and CRM systems

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and enjoys working in a team. You can prioritize and have the ability to handle varying levels of workload.

Your experience

• Experience in customer support or a similar role with customer contact

• Good communication skills with a service-oriented attitude

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written

• Quick to adapt to new systems, experience with Visma is a plus

• Ability to use the most common programs in the Office suite

• Previous experience in the medical technology industry is an advantage
