What does the role entail?

As a Production Engineer, your task is to develop our manufacturing processes. You will work with continuous improvements where the main responsibility lies in continuously developing our production process to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction – both internally and externally. You will also work on improvements in other departments within the company.

What does the daily work include?

• Practical problem-solving regarding production and product-related issues as well as working with quality deviations within the production area.
• Design and development of production processes and production equipment.
• Drive, lead, and implement change work and process monitoring for existing production processes.
• Participate in the company's development projects to industrialize new products.
• Conduct product, improvement, and investment projects.

Who are we looking for?

We want you to have a technical education with a focus on production technology and/or relevant experience. You are hands-on, enjoy practical work and problem-solving. Ideally, you are a person who thrives with a good mix of practical and theoretical application in a production environment and has an interest in technology and a desire to develop and learn more. You have a broad understanding of technology, production, and production processes and can get to the core of a problem through a methodical approach. You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently. We are looking for a curious and interested person who can work both independently and in a team. You have the ability to communicate and build good relationships with both external and internal parties with sensitivity. We value a structured working method, as well as a strong analytical ability. We place great emphasis on personality and social competence.

What competencies are meritorious?

• Several years of experience in change work.
• LEAN Manufacturing.
• Reading drawings and form and position tolerances.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Where is the role located?

The location is Järfälla where we have the majority of our production. We offer a hybrid workplace when the tasks allow it. You will also frequently be at our other production site in Spånga as well as at our headquarters in Solna.
